"I really wish I had paid attention to the negative reviews because if they make a mistake on your order, you are going to wear yourself out trying to get your money back. Basically the website said they could deliver to the location I requested and they did not deliver it. They claim they called me multiple times. I had one missed called from an Atlanta number with no message. When I called to find out why they weren’t delivered, she said it was too far away. I said I would pick them up. She tried to justify the delivery charge by asking if I wanted balloons added. I said I’ll stick with the refund. After this initial conversation, it was very difficult to get through and get answers about my refund. After a week, she finally said she’ll just pay me through venmo. Not once was anything their fault. Not once did I get an apology. The flowers were beautiful. If they had said sorry for the confusion and the mistake on our website saying we’d deliver it, here’s your refund. I would have given them four or five stars. But when you can’t take ownership of your mistake and try to blame everyone or everything else, you get this kind of rating. I hate to be that person, but others should know before spending that much money on their flowers. It’s not worth it for how much time I had to keep calling over and over again."
