"Today at checkout, our cashier "Jennifer" asked if we were interested in upgrading our membership. She explained the upgrade and additional charge for doing so. We discussed this and opted not to upgrade. Jennifer proceeded to scan our items. Once she finished she approached us and stated "Now I'm going to explain this to y'all again since I used simple English and math and you obviously didn't understand." I told Jennifer that she basically implied that we were stupid. She denied doing so. Okay Jennifer, whatever! She turned to speak to my husband and told him we just didn't understand. He advised her that she chose her wording poorly. Jennifer scolded us for speaking to each other while she gave us the information about the upgrade. The more she spoke, the more insuled I felt. I finally told her she needed to stop talking and complete the transaction. Jennifer "may" be an excellent cashier, but she certainly doesn't have great communication skills."
"The assistance I get in this store is top notch. If my husband isn't with me, I am always offered loading help from the young men. It could be anything from putting water in my cart to loading all my groceries in the parking lot. I'm always humbled and grateful that they notice and act. It's incredibly helpful, and other guys should take notice."
"Sam's Club was very clean, and I love that they have a Fresh Sushi Stand You can either order or they have fresh items already made up! Also the rotisserie chicken is so good and you can get it cheaper than buying a whole chicken and cooking it at home!!"
"I have to travel 50 miles one way and for the last year there is never a handicap cart that works so I never have a good experience I always leave in so much pain from having to walk. Unlike Sam Walton I don't have lung cancer are someone to shop for me I have c o p d A long with a crippled back. Sorry to complain but you ask. Just telling the truth."
"Very clean. Well stocked. The gas station always has pumps not working and is way too small. 08-12-22 Downgrading my previous review. Went and picked up a curbside order. You can see from the pictures that the bag had been taped back up. They did not tell me this when they loaded my order into my truck or I would have refused it. If this was the only bag (Which I find hard to believe) they should have canceled my order. I wouldn't feed my family food that had been ripped open and I would never feed my animals it either."
