"These people moved a trailer for us. We didnt buy it from them. It took 3 months to even get my daughters trailer moved. Then they left it on the side of the road because it was raining. Then they put it on someone elses property down the street. It sat there for weeks and we had to move it with a truck. Then he didnt put sticker that says her trailer is set up and anchored correctly. When we had it inspected is when we realised it was not there. He said he would be there in 3 days. That was 2 weeks ago. She cant even get her electric turned on and she is going to have a baby any time now. We thought everything would be done right on time for the baby to be born but now we dont know what to do. I'm about to call the BBB."

"One is being generous. State called in to inspect d/t not returning calls or fixing issues. Midline 2 inch gap between walls can actually see light from outside. Broker blocks, blocks not centered correctly on pad, blocks incorrectly wedged. Missing tie and lag bolts. No air or power to half of mobile home. And the list goes on."
