"Why is 10 stars not available? I ordered flowers for mom’s B-Day thru a 1-800 service 2 days prior. I’m from MI she’s in GA. Messaged at 10am the day of that they couldn’t complete my order unless I paid $30 more. Who does that. Lessons learned. Canceled the order. Called the Dawsonville Florist and Gail was my superhero. Not only did she create this beautiful arrangement she personally delivered within a couple hours. That’s rare customer service right there."
