"*ACTUAL STORE HOURS* 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Very rarely open 24/7) Do not rely on this RaceTrac before 9am or after 8pm. They are closed at completely unpredictable times and the doors will be blocked with their advertising boards. During closures like this, when they don't have enough employees, they're supposed to continue to operate by selling via the intercom; however, this location's intercom has been broken for over a year. RaceTrac corporate (a locally HQd company) absolutely does not care. When the store is actually open, it's easily one of the filthiest and poorly-run RaceTrac locations in the entire metro—and that's really saying something because most RaceTrac locations are already a baseline dirty. It seems like the drink machines are perpetually being "cleaned" and are out of order also. The entry is always filthy with leaves and dirt and rhey get tracked throughout the store adding the general filth. I've honestly seen gas stations in the middle of construction zones that are cleaner than this place. We need a QT or something more reliable on this side of town. This RaceTrac is a waste of time and real estate."

"They block the doors in the mornings at random times, which is only supposed to happen when they only have one employee working which isn’t the case. This morning they couldn’t open the door for me at 5:15 but not 5 minutes later the 3 boys working decided to unblock the doors for a bunch of dudes going hunting. Then when I politely asked for the sugar that should have been at the coffee already I was told to walk myself around their employee coffee area and get myself with heavy attitude. The women who work here are always so kind and nice but those boys in the morning suck and y’all need to tighten it up. Super immature."

"Pump 9 at this racetrac wouldn't shut down, it started overflowing and ended up on my pants and right shoe and some got in my right eye. The manager seemed very cold non bothered my mention of this. It is a huge hazard for gas pump not to shut off with a handle that got stuck, he just had a non caring attitude. Thank you. I will be writing to corporate offices. P.S. I had to go to work SMELLING LIKE GASOLINE NOW and it's not as easy as just going home and showering ."

"WARNING - We stopped for two fountain drinks @ $2.84. Our credit card got hit for $37.84. When we called the store they said it was our card company. We called them and they said they do NOT hold for inside point of sale. Watch your cards, get receipts!"

"Genuinely concerned for RT’s employees. They had one man working the counter with a major speech disability. That was it. No one else. He was clearly flustered and overwhelmed. I waited in line for 20+ minutes until the manager finally came up to the counter to help him (I’m not sure why she didn’t earlier). Those were the only two employees on the clock to my knowledge. Unacceptable RaceTrac operations. Look at the staffing of this store ASAP."
