"Kalee at front desk is always friendly and welcoming. She’s a good asset to their business. I stay here quite a bit for work, only place to consider in the area. I will continue to stay here until my work in the area is complete."
"Clean new hotel made for a very nice stay. Quiet rooms, well-appointed, everything spotless and working. Breakfast was basic fare but good, and the cinnamon rolls were a standout -- well above the average buffet, so get 'em when you see 'em. Would gladly stay again and recommend to anyone."
"This was our first time at this hotel. We travel through Starke a lot and usually stay at another hotel in nearby Waldo. We were very happy with the friendly customer service, breakfast options, comfortable beds & pillows, easy to push luggage carts and the great and immediate response to an issue we had in our bathroom. We were truly impressed with the courteous and kind staff. The only complaint that I would like to mention is that the shower was not clean(ed), so I did not take a shower the morning we left. This hotel deserves 5 stars due to the way they responded to this and another minor issue in the rr. Thank you for making our stay a great one! We will be picking this hotel next time we pass through the area."
"Overall a really nice hotel for the area. IHG hotels are on my reliable list. However, paying $300 for one night, and my room to not be stocked with towels and toilet paper was off-putting. The staff responded quickly to fix the issue though."
"We were in the area for a wedding, just one night. This hotel is very new, opened in March, I believe. Everything is spotless, the staff super friendly. Comes with breakfast! Would stay again."
