"The room was comfortable and the bed was nice. The breakfast was impressive. The lady who assisted in replenishing the food and the cleanliness of the dining room was attentive. The check in was rocky with Cindy but Ed quickly turned it around. Asking for extra towels was a joke and I literally had to snatch and grab to get any. The housekeeper made their presence known loudly on the floor between 6:45-7 am. No extra toiletries available, phone did not work in the room, and no first aid kit. My room key was deactivated when I came back up from breakfast and it appeared as if my things had been rummaged through. It is a great spot off the interstate."
"You can't go wrong with Best Western and this place was up to the high standards that go along with Best Western. The room was great, breakfast was good with plenty of selections. good parking and close to the freeway."
"Decent place to get some sleep on a road trip. Clean rooms, floors need some fixing but otherwise everything else ok. The surrounding area seems like a rough area.Not saying it really is tho. We had no problems or with anyone."
"I stayed here last night, and I saw a charge for $50 appear on my account. They charged me for two pillows that we did not take. They have cameras, but chose not to view the footage and just charged us the money for a theft that we didn't commit. I'm disputing the charge with my bank, but this is ridiculous. I have NEVER been treated like this in my life. Willa accused us of stealing the pillows as if that's something we were just supposed to lay down and accept. I'm very disappointed in this treatment, and as a Best Western Gold Member, I expected better. I will never stay here again, and I will never stay with Best Western again if they don't resolve this issue ASAP. The drain in Room 116 also doesn't work, so you're standing in water when you're trying to take a shower, and the water sprays everywhere. This is disgusting."
