Fetch

"Fetch hires thieves. Someone stole my $600 scooter. Fetch denied it. Blamed it on Amazon. I have never had an issue with Amazon before my apartment building started requiring us to use Fetch. I started having my packages delivered to a friend’s address with absolutely no problems from Amazon. I decided to give Fetch another try with an inexpensive order. Package arrived cut open and the item wasn’t in the envelope. Enjoy my shoelaces Fetch!!"

"One star is really more than this deserves. I arrived at 4:41 to pickup a package and though it was close to closing which I understood, I politely asked if he could see if my package was maybe on top and could be processed out and he told me, “I’m not looking for a package.” Below average customer service, I think the service is more inconvenient than convenient. 0/10 would never recommend."

"I would agree, their day to day delivery service was 'ok'. DO NOT send a meal plan like HelloFresh. The picture of the package at Fetch looks fine but when we received our package at our door at 1:10 PM today, 1/9/2024 it was crushed. The ice packs were still frozen but the chicken was gone, beef not frozen, vegetables looked like they had been stepped on, and recipes were gone. Very much like someone was scrounging in our box. Not acceptable. And yet they delivered this…terrible service."

"I have nothing but complaints when it comes to Fetch. I'll preface my review by saying that maybe my experience is specific to this location, but do with the information what you will. As a delivery service, Fetch is incredibly UNRELIABLE. My experience has been bad enough to influence my decision on where I would like to rent an apartment in the future. I am moving soon, and I will NEVER stay at another apartment community that uses Fetch. In fact, I have warned friends against living at my apartment community because of how unreliable Fetch is. Fetch has lost several of my orders and I have had to go through hoops to receive refunds from companies like Amazon because according to their records, the package was shipped to it's destination. I have had several orders sent to Fetch that never make it to me because they're just sitting idle somewhere in the facility. This has caused me to have to make time to travel to the Fetch office so that I can retrieve my package. This has also caused major inconveniences based on not having orders I have needed on time (I have currently been waiting for a package related to work that was confirmed to be delivered to Fetch over a month ago). Also, Fetch renders express shipping useless. A lot of times, a next day or 2-day shipping speed means your package is likely going to arrive at night. Fetch is not open at night, so your order get lost/stolen between the time the package gets to Fetch, and the time they open. And, you'll never be able to take advantage of express shipping. All in all, I've been living at my apartment community for close to 2 years and Fetch has been the bane of my existence. I have an incredible amount of disdain for them as a carrier and I loathe the fact that my apartment outsources package deliveries to them."

"My apartment complex forces residents to use fetch. That is a different matter. Fetch itself is a very poor delivery service. In just 2 months, 3 of my packages have been lost by the service. They do not deliver packages the same day that they are delivered to the warehouse (as they advertise they do). Oftentimes, it takes up to 4 days to receive a package from them. Customer service is never helpful. Not once has an issue been resolved for me. Very frustrating. I do not recommend having anything important be delivered by fetch. Nor do I recommend the service in general."
