"Clean rooms. Excellent service and Staff. Best price in the area. Stayed here about 8 days for work and would definitely stay again."
"TV didn't work at all...no microwave... refrigerator didn't work...bed had a massive hump running longways in the middle. Desk clerk was extremely helpful and nice. Just left there and it's worse than ever. Charged me 50 dollars on top of a jacked up room rate in case I stole a towel. Refrigerator was cut off and my food spoiled. Then, they acted disappointed when I asked for my deposit back when I left . Night clerk was okay but her replacement in the morning was rude and abrasive. I'm never going back to any Red roof inn run by immigrants. They're greedy and cheap everywhere."
"Needs a lot of repair, outside doors, etc need painting. Our outside door did not close properly, had to support it from the inside. Bathroom door veneer peeling . Outside posts damaged. No coffee pot in room. Holes in comforter, stain on bedspread. Kids loved the pool."
"Room was horrible. Came for a track meet and as soon as I walked in the room I smelled a strong odor of smoke. The walla and ceiling were very dirty and thin. I could hear everything on the sides and above me in the other rooms. I also saw a cockroach behind the refrigerator. Cigarette stains were all on the bed sheets and couch. I almost felt like sleeping on the ground rather than in the damp, dirty stain-filled bed. If i could rate this hotel in the negatives, I would. Dont recommend, and I will never be coming back."
"I recently rented 2 rooms and one was definitely worse than the other. First of all whoever decided to alternate smoking and non smoking rooms needs to be fired. The less bad room was cheap and basic but mostly clean. However the television didn't work. I would give it 3 stars. The worse room was hard to get into with the lock & door. Then the room reeked of smoke despite being labeled as non smoking. There was a cigarette burn on the mattress pad. The sink was cracked, the bathroom was moldy including on the ceiling and the bathroom door looked like it had been broken into. If I could give this room negative stars I would. Last but certainly not least the parking lot is a train wreck with not enough space and lack of width to back out of the parking space. Do yourself a favor and drive 5-10 miles to Oxford where there are better hotels."
