"I was very clearly racially profiled by the asset protection Asian woman who was at customer service and started walking noticeably faster once I started making my way to self-checkout with 1 gallon of water then continued watching me along with the self check out attendant. If you’re going to racially profile, don’t make it so obvious."

"The two humans at the self check out were very helpful. Make sure you look at the signs closely for any price discrepancies and while at check out watch those prices. In my personal opinion, I think they make millions of extra $$ on mistakes and misleading signage. Hardly any staff to get help from. I think they just want us to shop from home. They are taking the fun out of shopping."

"The self checkout machine didn’t like which hand I used to scan items and accused me of theft. I had to wait minutes while they reviewed footage before I could pay. Kroger made me feel like a criminal for trying to pay for my groceries I’m never shopping at any kroger again and I hope their store burns down. Brilliant way to treat your customers."

"Rude manager. Also the lady at the exit only tells non minorities to have a good day as they exit..over three times I’ve witnessed her greet customers and tell them to have a good day but when I pass right behind them it’s no acknowledgment. I decided to tell her to have a good day yesterday maybe she’ll lighten up and actually speak to everyone when doing so."
