"Ordered a sandwich online. It said it would be ready in 30 min. I showed 5 min before said time. I approached the counter at the time slotted in my order history. Deli associate says it will be ready soon. I was in a rush (why I ordered online). 25 minutes later the sandwich is finally ready with the wrong ingredients and also missing my drink, chips, and the vinegar/oil packets I also ordered. I love this Publix the associates are already very nice and timely. This time they dropped ball however and when I complained nothing was done. I had to leave under my circumstances."
"Love how I don't have to drive over 316 it's right up the street. Also everyone is so friendly. Love the layout.. the product placements are a little off but it's a new store they will work out the kinks. Publix never disappoints me."
