"Price of items on sale are good. Pretty good selection of tall men's clothes. My husband wears a LT and I have purchased many shirts there. Pleased with all of them."

"I like Khols, and I like their sports wear very much. I gave them 2 stars because of their ladies apparel. They absolutely need to find a new buyer. The clothes are very unattractive and out of style. A good example is the holiday dresses. Every one of them are sleeveless. It is cold outside, and they have sequin dresses with no sleeves. Maybe the dresses would be okay, if they were in style with no sleeves. Another example is their jeans. Their have no flare legs except in juniors, and even those are very few. I think Khols will do much better if they change things drastically in the ladies apparel area."

"It was a mess. Not stocked very well. I never get the discount I expect. There always seems to be a reason the coupon is not eligible or the rewards aren’t valid for that date. It’s just not a pleasant shopping experience."

"There was a whole mix up with the Christmas trees on their website description and what was in store and it led to a whole mess of a situation. However, the managers and staff (especially the two older gentlemen) were so very patient and ensured they went above and beyond to try and figure out what was going on. They really took their time to make sure I was getting the right tree. Ultimately, the mix up led to me not getting the tree I thought I was (through no fault of theirs, but the websites’) but I’m keeping the one I did take home instead because I want to support Kohls, and more so, I want to support their staff because of their professionalism and pride they take in customer service. I worked in retail for very many years for a huge department store before, and not very many places have customer service like this anymore. They deserve a raise!"
