"If I wanted to work at Kroger I would, I despise doing the job Kroger employees should be doing, used self check out at this awful store and needed assistance from a Kroger Employee. One was standing across from me having an in-depth conversation about nothing with another customer. Employee saw I was in need of assistance but decided to continue the conversation. Finally managed to drag her away from her chit chat to ask her if she could help me figure out how to find a product and weigh it, as I had obviously done it wrong. Please remember I do not work for Kroger and not properly trained in the art of checking out. She deleted the item and without any further ado, went back to her in-depth conversation again, leaving me exactly where I had started. I had already rung up $450 of groceries and this was my last item to do. Needless to say I left a full shopping trolley at the self checkout and walked out. Went to the Publix, which is what I should have done in the first place, but this Kroger is a little closer for me. Started my shopping experience all over again. Was greeted at the checkout with two very friendly employees, one who checked me out and the other who bagged the groceries and offered to take and load into my car. Needless to say from now on when needed, I will drive the extra few miles to Publix simply because they still value the customer experience."

"I have been using this kroger for at least 14 years, it is my favorite location. However I was very disappointed in my experience today. I do not find it acceptable for the price shown on the shelf to be the price you only get with a coupon. The full price should be clearly marked. If this is what I can expect from kroger brand going forward I will be shopping elsewhere. The staff were helpful as always, doing a great job. Please return to honest business practices."

"ITS LONG BUT WORTH THE READ**OR JUST DONT GO HERE, I had the worst experience today when I went to store #457 in Dacula,GA. in short I wanted to buy the brawny 4pk which with the digital coupon is $4.99 i tried to clip the coupon but it said there are issues with the coupons sorry for inconvenience, I proceeded to take the item along with other items and show the cashier the message showing the error, she called for the supervisor Vanessa to assist but was told to download the app to get the coupon, I told her I just scan the qr code and goes to my account to clip coupon as always, and told me I can not get it unless I download the app, so I just purchased the other items leaving the paper towels, as I was leaving I heard the customer behind me mention the same problem with the system when buying an item that had a digital coupon, the cashier called the same supervisor Vanessa to help only this time she inputted the coupon for the Caucasian gentlemen after showing her the same message I showed her. As she headed back to customer service desk she asked if she could help me and I told her she just honored that man's coupon and not mind, she said she was going to tell me she got permission and would sell me the paper towels for the price with the coupon now they are still by the register. I asked her how could she had done that when I would've been gone from the store, if I didn't stay to see the outcome from the other customer. She of course denied being discriminating and asked if I wanted to speak to the manager I said yes and she spoke to him (Jaime) on the phone which I clearly heard so when he came to see me, he just offered to sell me the item at the digital coupon price, no apology and very nonchalant and uncaring, I returned the items i bought. and proceeded to go to another kroger in Lawrenceville at 1475 Buford dr. just to see if I would get the same treatment but thankfully they were just the opposite very helpful and polite in making sure that I got the item at advertised price with coupon per Emily the cashier even trying to scan it on her app once she knew I didn't have the app and saw it didn't give the price and even looking in the ad paper to verify it was valid without even bothering a supervisor or manager. relieved that all kroger stores are not like 457 but still more disgruntled to know it was those individuals not knowing good customer service and treating people the same regardless of race or gender even at a manger level that made my experience horrible,"

"I just came from the Kroger Supermarket, on Braselton Hwy, in Dacula. My shopping experience was fantastic; the Market was very clean and smelled fresh. Great lighting! I visited the Produce area; everything was perfectly arranged and easy to find. I interacted with a Cashier, in the self checkout lane and she was extremely courteous and pleasant. It was truly an exceptional experience. Overall, in my book, this Kroger deserves an A+. I sincerely recommend all Dacula residents to make this Kroger their "Go to" Supermarket."
