"Customer service skills is horrible. I told him the size that I need it and I need it for tires that fits my car. He tried to sell me something different and got angry."

"I would not do business with this guy I stopped there to see how much to mount and balance 4 tires I bought at another store. He quoted $80 and I said thank you for your time and he offered to do it for $60 and I said $50 because that’s all I had . He told me he would HELP me out and do it . Good enough deal I thought however after getting on 78 my care started shaking at 40 mph . I went back and told him there was a problem could he please rebalance the front and offered to pay him with a debit card . He then said no I already did the work and I asked if he balanced the because something was wrong he got real defensive and tried to bill convince me sometimes new tires do this . Long story short he helped himself and did half a job . Total rip off."

"I had a nail in my right tire so I came to this place as I've passed it a number of times. The guy replaced my right tire but mentioned to me that my front left tire needed to be replaced as well. I got my car serviced at the dealership so I knew what he was saying was true but I wasn't having any issues with my left tire at that point at all. After he fixed both tires, I mentioned that the left tire didn't look right. He responded by saying its fine but I still felt a little uneasy about it. About a month or two after coming here, my left tire now is always flat and I have to put air in it every morning just to get around. I decided to call and explain to the gentleman here what is happening and how I mentioned to him when he put on the left tire that something wasn't right. He told me to come back up to the shop (he never provides receipts, so I wasn't able to show him proof). I had to first get some air to get to his shop but then once I got there, he tells me anything could've happened to the tire in the time-span, you could've picked up a nail or anything. I respond by saying, I agree but there is no nail in the tire and everytime I put air in it, the next morning its flat. He says, he can fix it for me and quotes his price. I told him, I'm not paying for anything given that I had concerns about this tire in the first place and this wasn't a tire that was giving me any problems when I first came here. Overall, I recommend you go to a more professional tire shop. I will never come here again."

"I passed by this shop & ask the guy for air in my rear tire. He proceeded to put air in all 4 tires then said I owe him $5. "I said for air" ok, fine it is your business I handed him my debit card, he said his machine was down he wanted cash I showed him my wallet & said I only have $2 cash & some coins he said fine, I'll take that! I have NEVER paid for air in any of tires EVER! I will never buy a tire, get service or even pull in to this establishment ever again."

"They were very helpful in finding three used tires of which I had to carefully pick the two best ones, for the 2006 Honda Element I brought there. I did not want to journey back to Mid Alabama with two nearly bald tires. I didn’t have much money to spare for this trip, so they gave me a reasonable price for 2 tires, mounted and balanced, and did not add a tire disposal fee. I dropped in without an appointment so had to wait extra time, but I also offered for them to help another customer first that came after me. They can get busy! Call ahead if you can."
