"Went in for a tire patch and was told it would be an hour wait. Two hours later, they finally started working on my car and told me they couldn’t patch it they had to change the tire… although I had been told by several others that a patch would do the job. Long wait, rude and impatient staff, and the whole staff of technicians went to lunch at the same time which increased the wait. The lady ahead of me had the same experience. Never feel the need to write bad reviews but this was just not acceptable service. Won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend."
"I came in with a flat tire and hoped that I could get it patched but that was not the case. The leak was on the outer part of the wheel. Living in Atlanta please pay for the warranty FYI. I worked with Ramon. Ramon was nice and had great customer service. I can tell the technicians here care and they seem like a family. I appreciate them guiding me through this process. Also they have a air machine that is in the parking lot that’s free! I would highly recommend!"
