"After researching and talking with several car audio vendors in the Cobb County area, made the decision to have Sound Master upgrade the 6 factory speakers and add an amplifier to my Corolla. "This company installed a pioneer head unit with Apple CarPlay & a backup camera in my Subaru Outback about a year and a half ago. They did an awesome job back then. The head unit I provided them was used, and after a year and a half, just recently had a bootloop issue that I knew I could fix by installing new firmware via an SD card. This involves getting the head unit out, but I didn’t know how to get the trim off to pull it out. Dropped by, and the owner stopped in the midst of a busy day to lend me a quick hand. Also had to pester him with another call later in the day to verify a quick re-install question. I got to see his handywork behind all the trim/radio in the process of repairing what I needed and was pretty happy. Everything was clearly labeled, unused plugs were capped, wire bundles were zip tied together…..Very well organized. All around VERY grateful for him taking the time out of his packed schedule to help me. This guy cares about his current and former customers greatly!"
