"I purchased windshield wiper blades from Walmart and didn't have time to have them installed because it was pouring rain and time was a factor....The next day, it was still raining a little, so I called for permission to bring my car in....It must have been a slow day because the 4 guys on duty all came out to the vehicle- and within less than a minute the 3 blades had been put in place and I was on my way...No charge. They wouldn't even accept gratuity..."
"Don't waste your time scheduling an online appointment for an oil change. Made an appointment online just to get there to be told there would be a 2 hour wait. They need to take away the option of making an appointment if their not going to honor it anyway."

"Unfortunately I had a horrible experience at this auto care center. I was here at 7am. I was the 2nd vehicle here. I was here for an oil change and tire change. I waited for over 3hours only for them to tell me they didn’t have my filter and was unable to do the oil change. Horrible communication. This place needs some structure and organization bad. Customers should not be waiting this long and still not leave satisfied. My first and last time coming here."
"Came at 2:34 pm on Sunday 8/6 because hours said open till 7. both customer entrances were locked and the men in the garage said they closed. I said yall hours say 7 pm on tbe website and they looked at me as if im the crazy one.."
