"Dudes did a great job in about 90 minutes. The only thing that is bad is the fact that some has to run up to the desk to help someone when they are working on cars. Takes away from employees getting work done. But still did a great job on a busy Sunday."
"BEWARE! If you have nice valves stem caps, watch out. I bought $1,200 worth of tires and my nice chrome valve stem caps were taken by the Costco Tire Center Kennesaw and replaced by their cheap plastic caps. I didn’t notice it right away, but once I saw it, it was obvious! They took all 4 !! Really Costco Tire employee???"
"Beware of other plans surrounding appointments. Scheduling for appointments can run behind minimum 15-30 minutes. Checking in for an appointment can take as long as 10-15 and 1hr-1hr15 window for rotation/balance can run 1hr30+. Service quality is great - timeliness of estimates/completions, not."
"Excellent service and professional team all around. Little bit of a wait at times so drop your car off if possible but this is expected with such great prices and service. Highly recommended for tires."
