"These are Not your run-of-the-mill people who own/run this "fireplace " business! We arrived on a Friday Way after lunch. They had posted business hours only til Noon on Fridays. Didn't seem to matter, offend or bristle the husband & wife Team at All! The 2 of them helped us figure out what we needed and even drew us pictures to explain how to install. Couldn't define Customer Service any better. Heck, they even loaded it in our truck for us while other customers Still poured through the doors."

We bought 2 wood stoves from them. One was a Brickwell and the other was a Buck Stove. We actually like the Brickwell better and it was less expensive. Their installer Will was first rate!
