"The gentleman that was able to help me was extremely kind and helpful and did what he could to make sure I had the best deal for what i was looking for (which is certainly appreciate!!) The location is super clean and they go around actively cleaning any possible messes and the units themselves are clean and look nicely kept up/new. "My furniture has been in storage at the Amber Drive location in Columbus, GA, for several years and I have never had any problems. Whenever I checked on my furniture, it was still in the same condition as when it was initially stored. The unit is air-conditioned and not infested with critters. Their is security throughout the grounds. The customer service personnel is very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this establishment."
"I called this facility because I was in need of a unit quickly! I started the process online and ended up having to call the actual location. The Associate was so pleasant, kind and helpful. Then I got to the location to unload and noticed I didn’t have my gate code; the associate working — happily stepped in, got my code and ensured I got to my unit with ease. What a GREAT, Customer focused facility. I’m so happy I choose this location..be sure to use them when in need!"
