"We’ve had this unit for one month and just checked it today and our lock has been drilled out. I got with the staff and had them cut it off so we could access our unit. We are very lucky nothing was taken. I asked the staff if they had cameras and they do not. This place needs cameras if locks are being tampered with. Definitely will be getting our things out and finding a new place that is more secure. The staff was nice and replaced our lock which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. They apologized for the lack of cameras and said that was on management. They agreed that cameras are needed."
"I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Our unit had 2 locks cut off and replaced with a new one, stuff was stolen out of our unit and they could care less unless you have THEIR insurance! They have had prior issues of units being broke in to, they do not tell customers this. It’s horrible the lack of security they have, ZERO surveillance of the property, the fence and lock pad to get in mean NOTHING! I will file a police report and take further action! DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE!!! ** No one ever called even though they replied saying they would! This was never investigated nor was anything done to improve their security measures! FYI!!"
"I came in to look at storage unit sizes and Dontae was extremely helpful. He had great customer service skills, showed me different size units, and helped me visualize where I'd be able to put my items inside my unit. The store was clean, smelled good, and they had free candy!"
"Worked with a gentleman by the name of Dontae who was extremely professional, took my payments and facility overall was well maintained. Only knock is when they went up on the rate after 6 months (cost of doing business I guess), other than that, I highly recommend this storage space for the Columbus, GA area."
