"Dylan Flowers did an outstanding service investigating my problem with the HV/AC unit at my lake cabin at Lake Martin. He discovered it was not working correctly due to a faulty thermostat. He replaced the thermostat, identified an unsized breaker and suggested the electrician replace the breaker with the correct size. Electrician agreed and a no cost to me. Dylan stayed at cabin until I arrived from Atlanta to review his work and took the time to be sure I understood the operation of the new Thermostat. I asked lots of questions and he carefully answered all of them. First class and very professional. Thank you Dylan and Jackson Services."
