"If there was a zero star, I would definitely give it for this place of business. Very rude! My son has a white coat ceremony this weekend, and we needed his coat as professional looking as possible. My husband was met with some of the rudest people in customer service. Even when I called back to speak to the manager (Sherry), I was met with the same nasty attitude and her basically calling him a liar. Way to go on showing your employees what true customer service is supposed to look like! Will absolutely NEVER use this cleaner in the future, nor will I ever recommend it. 0 Stars"
