"I just bought a home and found some extra floorings in the basement to do my stair landing. I was one piece short and took a scrap piece to TLC to find a close match. They actually found the exact floors. Instead of ordering a box, I decided to do my entire upstairs hallway and ordered more boxes. They had great customer service and provided the products I needed. Not the most inexpensive place, but the extra money was worth the service (which is almost nonexistent nowadays.)"

"Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Tommie Lee Carpets. From the first phone call to the day of installation nothing but 5 star treatment. Sonia returned my call, in the midst of COVID, within 10 minutes. The next day my salesman Sam was at my house. Sam was professional and knowledgeable about all the different types of flooring and carpets. He listened to what I wanted ,had many samples and ideas to guide me in selecting my materials and colors. My estimate was emailed the next day. The costs were very reasonable and the quality of the products were top notch. The installation was perfect. The flooring was done one day and one week later the carpet was done. Everyone was professional and I could not be any happier with my new look. I highly recommend Tommy Lee Carpets. Thank you all for the great service."

"3-25 Update. I have left a number of messages for Jim and the new owner. No reply. I did reach Jim, my sales person who told me " he would have the owner call me, we sent the check, you should have received it". The old the check is in the mail. Once more the only review I can offer is stay away from this company. While they were a VERY good company under the previous owner. The new management lies and steals. They did NOT do the work they were paid for, did NOT stand by their work, and did NOT return to me the money for the toilet they never finished. I wish I could post a picture of my bedroom furniture in my living room. What kind of "professional" leaves a job unfinished? Tommy Lee. Professional in the sense they did take money, not in the work/ service they provide. UP DATE: It's now been a full week. No contact from Tommy Lee. I have NOT received the check from them as promised by the NEW owner for the toilet install that caused the leak. They have made no effort to live up to their "warranty" either by finishing the work or returning my money. The only options they offered was to finish the work myself or hire another company to do it. So they not only did poor work, didn't stand by their work, but now also seem to think they should keep the money for the poor work offering no solution. I will again update should they decide to do the right thing and return my money. At this point all I can say is not only have they not done the work they were paid in full to do, and did not honor their "warranty" they claim to offer, they seem to think that forcing me to spend more money or leave the work unfinished is a fine way to do business. ***** I think it's important to note Tommy Lee floors is NOT accredited by the GA Better Business Bureau! Let that sink in before you pay them thousands of dollars for a project. I have had a very disappointing experience with Tommy Lee and would advise anyone considering them to avoid them. 1) The company recently was sold. 2) They have as of today abandoned the job at my house without completion!!!!! 3) They do NOT do the work themselves. They use sub contractors! 4) They do NOT do as promised and will just hide if there are any problems with the job. They started this job by ordering the wrong wood for the flooring 2 times although I went to the store and told them it's a hickory floor, and there own employee came to my home and also told them it's hickory . They had removed the old flooring and left the sub floor exposed for over a month. Once the work did finally begin they under ordered the flooring 2 times each time causing more delays. I paid them to remove / replace the toilet. Although the toilet didn't leak prior it did leak after their work damaging the new floor. I called them back and they came, took my room apart did do wood repair (a very poor job and not to the extent they told me it would be repaired) and now say they will not return to finish the trim, put the toilet back in place, put the furniture back in place and finish the job. In addition they have not returned my 150 dollar "toilet" fee as promised. I have paid them in full. There are many very good and honest companies to choose from. This is NOT one of them. I was in construction and understand that jobs can go sideways. That said a reputable company stands behind their work and solves problems. NOT so with Tommy Lee. In short, save yourself time money and frustration. Use another company is my review."

"I have used Tommy Lee Carpets for years. They have installed carpet and flooring in the 3 homes I have had in Georgia dating back to 1989. They installed MetroFlor LVT in my newest home in 2017 and in my newest room in Feb., 2019. They are an outstanding business and really do an exceptional job with installation and customer service. I have dealt with Jim Canavan for years. He has always been so helpful in selection of flooring and making sure it is installed correctly, then following up once installation is complete. A longtime installer, Wiley, has installed my flooring in my previous home and oversaw installation in my newest home and is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of installing LVT. To demonstrate how outstanding their customer service is, my flooring put down in Feb. was due to be installed on a Friday, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the installer was unable to get out to install. The owner of Tommy Lee Carpets came that Saturday and installed the flooring himself, doing an excellent job I might add. How many large flooring companies would provide that personal kind of service -- NONE! I would recommend Tommy Lee Carpets to anyone wanting quality flooring at a reasonable price with exceptional customer service throughout the process."
