"Boy in office is rude... and has a very smart mouth. I am sure the owners have no idea, what he is spewing at the customers. Definitely diarrhea of the mouth. I would assume the warranty to be worthless, as others have stated. Best go to Wal-Mart or Interstate Battery. Royal Battery Distributors on Mercer University for Golf Cart Batteries. These folks here do not need $900 battery sales by there attitudes."
"My company had done business with these guys for a while with no issues but we bought 2 batteries from them. Load tested them at 9v with an internal resistance of 33 and 38 milliohmns. My load tester said they where bad so I took them back and when I explained what was going on the guy didn’t know what internal resistance was… so he load tested them at 9.5v which was still in the green on his load tester so he said there was nothing he could do. I tried explaining that a brand new battery shouldn’t be that low anyway, to which he replied that the batteries where scuffed up and that was really why he couldn’t take them back? I only wanted store credit since we go through a lot of batteries but he couldn’t even do that. Guy seemed kind of mad. It’s all company money so I don’t care, just won’t do business with that guy anymore. Disappointed."
"Wasn't there 7 min at the most. Purchased a battery at a great price. They had It installed in no time. I dealt with 2 guys. Lee was one of them, didn't catch other ones name, but they were both extremely friendly. Definitely will recommend my friends."
