"I bought 4 commercial batteries from interstate that were under 1 years warranty After 7 months the batteries stopped powering the truck. The owner of interstate assure me that the batteries only needed charging . After charging for 3 days he says it not there problem and he's losing money replacing something under warranty. Very bad place to purchase batteries they don't expect to have to honor there product."
"This was my first time going to Interstate. I called beforehand to see if they would take my old battery and potentially replace the battery in my vehicle, as well. The two gentlemen at the store were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Such wholesome energy! While they were changing out my battery they noticed my positive terminal was shot (acid leaked out from my previous battery and damaged it) and they replaced it for free! The whole interaction took maybe 10 minutes, but their professionalism and kindness will stay with me forever. Thank you, guys. You have earned a customer for life!"
