"I purchased a hood when I got it ....it had dents in it I took it back for a refund they told they told me 7 to 10 days they would send me a check in the mail then when the check came 11 days later it didn’t have my name on it now so I couldn’t cash it ..now they are telling they don’t even have the hood anymore so they can’t send me another hood... best thing they can do is send me another check in 7 to 10 days aka 11 days. Hopefully this check has my name on it. If you buy a part from them and it’s damaged it might take up to 22 days for a refund"
