"James, Riley, Sean, and Perry all assisted me with my key fob. I had bought a newer Lexus and the issue was thr system itself not the key. Long story short Lexus ended up replacing 2 Key Fobs and the people here showed me a trick on how to crack it when the battery is low. We changed the batteries and still nothing. Discouraged, scared I'd be stranded, they assisted me to crank my car to get to thr Gwinnett Dealership. "I had a great experience at this store today. Susan and James were amazing and super accommodating. I had a semi-complicated warranty issue with a powersports battery that involved another location and an incorrect product application. I only knew about half of the problem until James helped me figure out the rest with his remarkable technical knowledge. Long story short, he was able to offer a solution that everyone was happy with. And he did it with a great attitude while making me feel heard. Susan was also amazingly helpful and friendly. She’s the reason I came to that store. She handled my initial phone call very well and represented the company well. Thank you Susan and James!"
