"So this store has 2 guys only that are very nice and welcoming, the other ones are helpless and not friendly at all. Managment needs to train them better so they actually show some interest in helping the customers."

I have practically been torturing them trying to pick the exact right colors for painting our house, but they have been patient and good natured. We only want Sherwin Williams because all of our painters in Los Angeles and in Georgia ONLY use Sherwin Williams. It will be beautiful when it's done!"

"Paint is good and color options are basically limitless (they can match pretty much anything). However, I was explicitly told by the employee that Home Depot and Lowe's also do the same quart sized sample colors, nothing smaller. I expressed concerned with the large size due to the significant waste and unexpected cost for a SAMPLE. After being told such, I reluctantly purchased 3 quart sized containers - knowing at least two of them would be a complete waste. Unhappy with the colors (which happens), I decided to look at the colors at Lowe's. Lowe's has much smaller sample containers for literally half the price of Sherwin-Williams. AND IT'S SHERWIN WILLIAMS PAINT. We feel the employee lied to us with the intent of making a quick sale. If you know exactly what you need, price it out and this may be a good option. If you are getting samples, don't do it here. Waste of money and paint."

"I've never seen such ill trained associates in my life. They have no idea how to ring up basic discounts, and always say they " can't find me in the system" after spending hundreds of dollars on paint in this store. They mixed the wrong shade of paint for me, so I called and asked them to fix it. The associate said sure. Upon entering the store, a manager said, no they couldn't fix it, and I had to spend money on an entire new gallon of paint. No thanks. When I told her the name of the associate I spoke with, she said, and I quote, " well, he doesn't know anything." I told her as a fellow store manager, she needed to make sure her associates were properly trained before they told customers policies that don't exist. She rolled her eyes at me, and said again, " the only thing I can do for you is charge you for another gallon." My brother in law walked in who has worked for SW for ten years, and said he should have written the store up for being understocked, messy, rude, understaffed, and no knowledge of basic store upkeep and policies."
