"This is more of an employee review. I had a package delivered from ups to the Canton store, ups sent email saying it had been delivered. However the employee ' couldn't find' my package when I told her I had an email saying it had been delivered she said 'yea they do that all the time', meaning ups sends out emails saying packages have been delivered when they really hav'nt . I got home, after driving 20 minutes out of my way to get to the store. Ups confirms package was delivered, so I called the store to ask if they could check 1 more time before filing a claim and they found my package, the employee on the phone said the other employee must not have even looked at the names on the packages. So BEWARE. If you have an email from ups make them check again and make sure they actually LOOK at the name on the package. This will be a total of 40 minutes of my day and gas and wear and tear on my car because they couldn't be bothered to look at the name on the package."
