"18 Wheeler Drivers: I had a load of water heaters to deliver. Here was the procedure: Pull in the driveway across from the "278 Canton Moose Family Center" sign. Nose in. Not back in. They want you out of customers way while they unload in the driveway. Nose up to the fence. They will open it when they arrive at 530 am. Pull forward. Park. They unload. Hand stacked water heaters take a little while but they move along quickly, not pokey whatsoever. It's just a lot of physical moving of the water heaters. When finished you get your BOLS and then the guys go out and block traffic for you to back out of the driveway. What I did was back and forward to line it up where I wanted it. The guys blocked traffic. I backed out catty corner into the driveway for the Canton Moose Family Center and slid my Tandems forward after that. Note: I slid Tandems back first and then I backed in overnight, which was the opposite of what they needed me to do. You're smarter than me. You will learn by reading these instructions and save yourself some grief! The driveway is pretty scraped up, so I took that to mean slide the Tandems back and it worked out okay for me. It looks WAY worse than it is but it will most likely get your adrenaline up. The guys are SUPER HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY so be cool. They deal with it every day, you only have to deal with it for a few minutes a couple times. Keep things in perspective. They didn't make the delivery area that way, but they're more than happy to help you navigate your way in and out. 5 stars for the staff at Covenant- you guys were awesome to meet and do business with, and I was only delivering. Your customers are lucky to deal with such cool professionals!"
