"Our utility closet needed better organization and we decided the best way to tackle this project was with Elfa shelves since we love them in our master closet. We designed the closet with the help of Container Store staff. We had to wait a few weeks before we could pickup and install ourselves. The best part is that we took advantage of the 30% off Elfa sale and saved a lot on this project. What I love the most is that we can now find everything we need quickly in this closet. We had extra drawers added for future use. What I also love is the flat workspace we added. We use it for multiple purposes like gift wrapping, to store deliveries as they arrive, and we keep our returns here too. I also love the shoe racks we added in the closets. It’s given us more places to store our shoes and guest shoes when they visit our home. These customizations that we added fit our family needs perfectly. Can’t wait to do my next Elfa project!"

"First and probably last time shopping here. I ordered online pickup for something showing in stock. The next day I got an email stating it was an error with my order but noticed it still charged me. I came to the store 2 days after placing my order, the attendant couldn't find the order so I gave her the details to make sure it was canceled and be refunded. She left just to get help with it and another employee walks by with the order she claimed she could not find. She then comes back with the cancellation with no amount showing on the receipt of what's to be refunded. I just left."
"I can’t say enough good things about the staff here. We remodeled our pantry, coat and master closets. The team here was always so welcoming and helpful at every turn and always answered the phone. Shout out to Jim with his help on the pantry bin suggestions and Shawn as he beautifully designed our elfa closets. A+ team + great selection."
