"The showroom features an impressive array of pluming fixtures and products from every quality brand you can imagine. But we go back time and time again for the service. Fred helped us with a remodel project five years ago, and we have called on him over and over since for other projects or repairs in our main home and our lake cabin. Every time we need fixture of just a certain size, in only a particular finishes, with some exact feature, Fred comes through. Usually the same day. Can't recommend these folks enough."

"I had a great first experience when I stopped in the showroom on the way from my home to my other home needing a new kitchen. I knew I wanted Crystal cabinets and they carried them. I was told they have all the samples in the showroom (I later found out they really do not). The designer and plumbing manager were great and said everything you want to hear while I was there to move forward. I felt very confident in their abilities. Then from there I had a very poor experience. I decided to move forward with a design. The designer wasn't prepared for our second meeting when I drove back, and then provided a design very different from what we discussed. I also had to ask for it a few times. When I asked questions a couple of times about the design, she didn't really answer and then eventually said the sales manager would be taking over. I then left a message for the owner because the situation seemed very strange but didn't hear back. Then the sales manager called me and hung up on me. I was thinking he misunderstood me so I called right back and left a voicemail. I did not hear back. I gave them one more chance and called in and spoke with Charles. He said he'd pass along my info and concerns. He said it really didn't make sense and then proceeded to tell me that the designer I worked with left that previous Friday and the sales manager had been out sick for a few days. I thought that all made sense as to why everything went sideways and was looking forward to moving forward again. Charles sent an email and let the owner know.. It is now weeks later and I still haven't heard from the owner or anyone else."

"Kerry at European kitchen and Bath is a gem. She's been so helpful during my bathroom renovation, making great suggestions all along the way. I love my Toto washlet! I also bought 3 more Toto's and they all work well! Next it was a new tub, but it's just gone in so I've not been able to use it yet. Sure looks pretty tho. The company is honest and always looks out for the customer. They are responsive and knowledgeable, and give accurate time tables on getting products in."
