"What is the point of signing up for coupons via text if you can't use them IN the store? I tried using a 25% coupon at self check out that I received via text with a code to put in, and the cashier told me it wasn't going to work. There is an option on self check to input this code. Well, it didn't work. I showed her my coupon and she just kept saying it won't work, then told me to go to the website and use it there. If I'm IN the store how is that helpful? She then directed me to the website for a 20% coupon I could scan. She was very nice, but it was frustrating all the same that I could not use my 25% coupon. That 5% isn't going to kill me it just defeated the point."

"I purchased a Cricut machine earlier this month and ended up not liking the product so I went back to return it the same day and unopened. The staff that worked that morning was incredibly unprofessional and rude to me and my family and need to be taught some customer service. I will not be returning to this Michael’s and will tell all of my friends and family not to visit here."
