"How can you not have A COVID test, telling me to look in the pharmacy is not helpful. Having the MoD tell me they usually have them but not having a spot for them says otherwise."

"Staffing needs work. Guy running self checkout is a legend been there for years but 5pm on a week day and u need more registers open. Saw plenty of people stocking shelves and managers walking around. Maybe put someone on a register"

"This has been our go to grocery store for 30 years. Not any more! The transition to self checkout has been horrible! There is no room for people with carts to accumulate when the store is busy and it becomes a hot mess! Combine this with their consistently bad produce and we have decided to move on. The store manager should be ashamed of how bad this grocery store has become."

"Made a pickup order the other day and got all rotten produce. I make pickup orders because I don’t have time to come into the store. I made time before work today around 8am to return and get not rotten produce. I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes with another customer. No one came so I went and got what I needed to check out. Of course only self checkout was available. I checkout and head to the front desk where I say good morning and smile and get a smug ‘hello’. I state I need to return some things and she asks if I need to go get new items to which I say no I already did that and paid because no one was up here when I first got in the store. I guess that was the wrong thing to say because that made Heather more short and rude than she already was. I’ve never done a return at Kroger. I’ve only just started to use pick-up because I’m BUSY and trying to help coordinate my own time. She asked for a receipt or digital receipt. I stated I usually use the computer and not the app I think I can get the receipt on this. Heather says “yeah, that’s what I meant by a digital receipt.” At this point I’m just completely done being in Kroger and being made to feel like an idiot because I made a remark about no one being at the front desk. She returns my few bucks from my rotten produce and I bid her a good day to which she says nothing. I’ll probably never use pickup or this Kroger ever again. I work with customers everyday too and I know it’s early and customer service is a pain, but I was already inconvenienced and I wasn’t rude to anyone."

"The selection is good, the prices are fine. The SELF CHECKOUT is AWFUL, there’s NO room for your filled bags, the technology is OUT DATED and not calibrated well, there’s no hand held scanner for your heavy items, it repeats its phrases! It’s embarrassing and frustrating. Will not go back for my big hauls. Kroger needs to step up their game and update self check out"
