"Produce regularly chooses rotten fruit and repackages them into clear containers at quadruple the price. I've Been burned 3 times at the store with their rotten produce. They purposefully use rotten fruit to offset the costs of waste. It's outrageous. If you're going to charge quadruple for cut fruit at the bare minimum use fresh fruit. If a person is paying premium for cut fruit why continously serve them rotten fruit??? I think the cut fruit is for display purposes only."

"I’ve been shopping at Publix for over 25 years and one thing that’s been consistent is the decline in hospitality and accommodation. In an effort to staff employees, they managed to hire people who cannot learn customer service soft skills. Hiring managers need to learn these people are not conducive to the core values and principles that Publix once stood for. This location has too many rude employees who just want a job."
