"Dirty, disorganized, very little selection. No way to check prices before checking out. Rude customer service clerks. Ladies room was FILTHY! Water on floor, smelled like something died in there. Many employees "walking around" but didn't see any that were actually working. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE!"

"Kohls is a good store overall. Through the years I've seen some good changes and some that should have never happened. But I do frequent the store and love that Sephora is there, but miss the jewelry. Overall, a good place for most of life's needs and wants!"

"I’ve been happy thus far with my experience here. Even though it’s setup as a self service business, and I like customer service when shopping. When I chased down someone needing something, they’ve been friendly. I miss the days of service, but when they ring me up and answer questions it’s been ok."

"I came in this store yesterday for my birthday to do some shopping. Every thing was great until I made it to the counter. First of all the lady who is sitting on the clock was dozing off as we were walking up to the counter. Once I give her my cash, she takes 2 whole minutes to open a roll of quarters and give me my change. Which wasn’t an issue until she looked up at me and said “you need to eat more”. That is disrespectful on so many levels. Coming from a woman who is sitting down on the clock. If I had this old woman’s name, I’d report her to corporate cause there is just no reason to body shame anyone let alone on their birthday. Ridiculous."
