Dollar General

"Horrible customer service, I don't know why people apply to jobs if they aren't going to do it. I went in and was waiting at check out and the male working kept looking at me like I was crazy until he finally came over not saying anything then once checking out had the nerve to tell me that they "self check out" takes card. Last time I was aware dollar general don't got no self check out also there wasn't even a sign of indication. I just said to him I didn't know there was a self check out and he proceeded to just be rude, wouldn't recommend this store."

"Horrible customer service and horrible experience. The employees and the managers have very poor attitudes, the manager has a nasty attitude that will continue to run away customers from this location. Good customer service goes a long way, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BRINGS YOU RETURN CUSTOMERS AND GOOD REVIEWS. Some people need to shape up or ship out!.....bad for business"

"At this store 4/16/22 @ 8:25 a.m. and some guy came to the doors after another customer had knocked on the still locked doors. This guy was extremely rude to the other customers. I was still sitting in my truck and couldn't hear what was being said, but the conversation got heated. The 2 customers that were at the doors both left. Two more customers came up, trying to go inside, but left after they found the doors locked. I've had a problem at this same location with another employee over some items that were supposed to be marked down after the holidays and rang up full price. When I said they should be 50% off, she proceeded to tell me "well I work here, I ought to know if it's marked dow. And it's not." After looking at the tags she eventually changed the price, but still had an attitude while finishing the transaction. There are also stock carts with product all over the store and in the way. Sometimes they even have all of the shopping carts using them to stock with, leaving none, or very few, for the customers. 8:43 and the doors are still locked. Lots of business lost this morning."

"Came to the store at 8:58 and saw the manager standing at the door. She refused to let me in acknowledging it wasn’t time to close. I stood there debating with her... thinking she would make the most professional decision. She didn’t. She stood there... called another employee.. and they both ridiculed me. Then as they laughed, the manager said “O look what time it is” and it was 9... the posted closing time. Never again."

"The store wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't always cluttered with carts waiting to be stocked up every aisle making it extremely impossible for you to bring a shopping cart up an aisle. Therefore I always end up leaving the store before I'm finished shopping. This isn't once in a while that it's like this, it's every single time."
