"The usually have what you need, or can order it. For small stuff I usually walk there because traffic can get pretty bad around lunchtime and then from four to six pm or so."

"Had a pipe burst on a Friday night. Went to Home Depot right before they closed. Never did any plumbing before in my life. Asked for some help, showed Kirk the picture I had taken and he guided me to find the right parts necessary for the repair. Kirk’s expertise saved me a lot of time and money. Give that man a raise. He’s friendly, knows his product, is professional and a high quality individual"

"Nothing like a unsafe loading area waiting for a lawsuit... it says contractor pick up. Not manager personal play area......"

"Home Depot will not stand behind their work or vendors. I purchased new kitchen countertops, a new kitchen sink and new kitchen faucet plus all the plumbing fittings to install everything new. A new Dishwasher, paint, wood for minor cabinet repairs. Well the company who built the new countertops cut the sink opening too big even though the cut for the sink is close it is too big. Home Depot told me that there was nothing that could be done about it??? So I am stuck with $1200.00 dollars worth of bad countertops. At the time I truly thought Home Depot would make it right, I purchased a brand new 7.3 cubic refrigerator for my downstairs from Home Depot. Well I received the new Refrigerator and after moving it down stairs to unbox I find out it is damaged. So I called Home Depot and their customer service was horrible. These idiots gave me a huge run around for three days. I explained to them that I could not be home for them to have the refrigerator picked up. Home Depot customer service told me to leave the refrigerator outside to be picked up and only after they can manage to get it picked up will my refund be initiated. Then after Home Depot finally got the refrigerator picked up, ( 5 days later) after the refrigerator had been rained on, did they start the process of the return for me to be reimbursed for my money??? My suggestion is if you're planning any type of home improvement DRIVE RIGHT BY HOME DEPOT TO A BETTER COMPANY. Home Depot has no idea. I took my business elsewhere and spent a lot of money with a much better company. GOOD BYE HOME DEPOT"
