"I've been a frequent customer at the location for 5 + years always maintained a mutual respect and appreciation for the employees. Today, however, I'm livid by the treatment I received from T. Davis. I requested that she double bags my items because the bags are thin and tear easily. I was repeatedly ignored and T. Davis spoke over me when I asked if she heard me. I'm confused and in total disbelief by the level of hostility, unprofessionalism and desire to embarrass me. I did not deserve to be treated in this manner, especially when I treat everyone with respect and kindness."

"I frequent this dollar store often because it locates close to my house and my son love the toys. Today was just an horrible experience with a supervisor (with pink hair) who was not only rude but made slight comments when I complained about her not explaining the reason I was standing in line for more than 15 minutes. Instead of just apologizing for the mis communication she flagged off mt concern with a laugh and said something to effect that well she is cashing me now. As a supervisor I expected better and there are a number of other places I can go and spend my money. My intentions are to report this to the corporate office."
