"Mr. Rudy is a sweet guy but when it comes to communication and repairing your appliance, he’s not the guy. Mr. Rudy told me that my motor was bad from the time he walked in the door and when he left I was out of $325 and a broken dryer that doesn’t even turn on anymore. Mr. Rudy claim to have fix my thermostat and some high voltage piece that only cost about $25 each. Next time I will read the reviews before I step out on a limb and end up looking stupid."
