"I like their 50% off sales on beading supplies, but a warning to watch carefully for discrepancies in prices. They will have the same item priced differently on the packaging. I've caught this error twice. Also, check your receipts for errors made at check out. The way things are rung up opens the door for human error. I've caught several erroneous charges on my receipts."
"Had a $20 gift card and the machine at the register couldn't read it. Associate called a manager and the manager told me I'd just have to call the number on the back and figure it out myself. So I had to pay without the gift card. I came home and ordered from their website and the gift card went through without any issues. Item was shipped and supposedly delivered 3 days ago, but we never received it and hobby lobby makes you work through usps instead of making it easy to reship a lost item like Amazon."
