"I had great expectations in the beginning of my employment, however things changed once I realized this place can be overwhelming mentally and physically. This place has several issues that require immediate intervention. The morale is very low due to management and bullying and intimidation tactics exist there as well. The loading department especially needs a complete management and lead change. I was only there about a year and observed over 15 good men and women leave due to the management in the loading department. This place needs to retrain the entire management staff on ethics, respect, and knowledge of the job. There's none, yet the management expects you to accept accountability for things they don't understand. The philosophy of advancement is a complete lie! If you're not a brown noser, a gossiper, or don't hang with the so called crew you're actually disliked and overlooked. I would not recommend working at this place."
"So many bad things said about this place.. everyone was so nice from chech in to receiving got me out in good time.. full load with half floored loaded.. it is hard to move around but I would co.e back"
"I delivered a live load here today Check in 10:30am Check out at 4pm almost 6 hours to get unloaded and their employees treated my trailer like a dumpster putting trash on my trailer no respect for drivers at all I wouldn't be back here ever"
"Well I showed up for delivery at 0800 got in the door about 0830 I only had a half a trailer floor load and it took them till 1323 to get done I'm glad I didn't have a full trailer and before you back in a door there make sure you walk where you're going to back in cause they cut the bolt seals and throw them on the ground that is one NASTY PLACE at the docs the only good thing was the young Lady that checks you in at the window!!!!"
