"We needed to replace our washing machine recently. Krystal was extremely helpful and spent time with us explaining pros and cons of the machines we had considered. We have bought all of our major appliances from Lowe’s so we had no qualms with purchasing the washer from them. I am very happy with my new washer!! "We had half of our fence replaced through lowes. Last year we got half of the fence replaced because it was such a costly project I could only do half at a time. Once the project was started it was a nightmare. I was not given notice of them tearing my old fence down. I got a call at work while they were tearing my old fence down. The fence company (Davis construction) said it would take three days and they would go talk to my neighbors. I got home and they had torn down the wrong fence. My one year old fence was torn down instead of the 20 year old fence that is falling apart. It stayed on the ground for four days. The company took a full week to build the fence. During this time, they tried to get me to buy a part that I had already paid for, saying they would go get it and we could reimburse him. They told Lowe's the fence was done when it was not. I got an email that the fence was finished Friday and it did not get done until Wednesday. Either the builder or the owner was lying to the project director, saying my stained fence was back up. The project took seven days when I was told three, and in the trash pile I found four twelve packs of Modelo. Empty cans were hidden all over. The empty boxes were hidden under old fence panels. The finished project does not look uniform and it just looks bad. We talked to two managers at the Snellville lowes, the installation support team, and the customer care line, all being told they would get back to us in two days and nobody called or emailed. I got in contact with the BBB and the best lowes could offer as compensation was $150 on a lowes giftcard, which would not even cover the stain of the fence they tore down. Lowes does not care about you. I had an issue at Home Depot of Snellville and the manager took care of it right away."

"If I could give this store more than 5 stars, I would!! Mrs. Pat was awesome!!! I visited Home Depot first but I couldn't get anyone to help me. I visited this store 30 minutes before they closed and Mrs Pat went over and beyond to help me. She wasn't rushing. She was very knowledgeable and great at her craft. She saved my night. For this reason, I will encourage everyone with hardware needs to visit this location. She definitely put a smile on my face in a time of frustration."
