"Nothing seems in order in this store. I've been to a few, but this one was a bit messy for my liking. No help. No workers are to be found other than the cashiers. On a positive note, Checkout was pretty fast. Not that it's was friendly. No welcome or thanks for shopping. Just take your money. Next customer."
"This lady jylyn her register had some issues with card payments. When i waited three customers she mention she is taking cash only. When i asked her to some sign on register for cash only then she said i just got here. Where the truth is i saw her when i entered the store and roam around for 45min and waited in line for 20mins she was there the all time. When i tell her to put sign or atleast inform customers she yelled at me that if i am not imterested to wait then i can put the stuff and leave. This is how you deal customers. Their job is customer service. You are not doing job for free. You are getting paid for your job description. I give 3stars just because i shop ollies alot but always have problem with their customer service. But today was too much. I hope management will take action."
"I enjoy shopping at Ollie's. They have something for everyone, pet items, books, toys, games, clothing, area rugs, housewares, blankets, sheets, pillows etc and pots, pans, bakeware. It's worth the trip every time. Customer service is great with plenty of help and quick checkouts. Friendly staff."
"We often visit Ollie's for good deals on name brand items. They have everything from school supplies, books & housewares, to rugs, furniture, clothes, toys (lots of toys) and even a few aisles of canned and boxed food (be sure to check the expiration date!). The store isn't the cleanest and you will have to sift a bit to find what you're looking for. It's worth it if you're looking for a bargain!"
"This place is addictive! I love the bargains I get on top-quality, name-brand items that can be found in other "big-box" stores for much higher costs. For example, see the "Element 9" laundry detergent I scored for less than 2 dollars."
