"I was planning to buy a new (expensive) laptop as well as other things when I entered the store. I went to the laptop section of the store and waited and waited for 15 minutes for someone to ask if I needed help. It was then I realized that there was not one single associate on the floor helping customers anywhere! I went to the employee at the front who greets customers and asked him to help me understand what was going on? That's when he told me that Best Buy has a queue system! "He'll put me in the queue, and someone will come help me". OK, so I went back to the laptop area and waited another twenty minutes! No one even came to me to say, "sir, I'm sorry you have had to wait so long; it'll be another x minutes and I'll be with you." No... not even that!! Totally unacceptable! With this business model, I see them going out of business in the near future. I ended up going to Amazon."

"My favorite Best Buy. Pickup order placed. I like this location because they will try to make it right or match competitors price if you speak to the right person. That's usually management. I've had some not so pleasing experiences here before but I understand customer service isn't everyone's think. I recommend online shopping. Most employees aren't trained or they specialize in certain categories like back in the day."
"I visited this Best Buy to take advantage of a TV sale and opted for curbside pickup. To my amazement, after parking and checking in, I had my TV and extra items loaded into my truck in under 3 minutes, and I was on my way. It was a pleasant experience."
