"Tried purchasing metal box springs as I am a big guy (280lbs) and kept breaking my box springs. The sales guys stated they had none, so i went to leave. He pulled me back in and ASSURED me that their box springs could support someone my size. He were wrong and now management wants to pretend their guy never made such promises. Don't believe their salespeople. They are there to make their commission or quotas and have zero integrity. This includes management."

"The most shining example of pressure sales I have encountered. They want you to apply for a line of credit before even investigating if the product is something that fits. Then they know a number to shoot for to maximize your cost. Of course there is the same old "Well because it's you" line they can offer you a special deal. I made the mistake of a preliminary selection, but wanted to investigate other options. Manager in Buford stated, "oh no worries. If you change your mind you can cancel anytime before delivery". So I did. I changed my mind. Got down pmnt refunded and line of credit cancelled, but they still found a way to charge me me for a product I never received. Mattress protectors for a mattress I cancelled. Contested this going on 5 times now and over a year later, still have an ongoing dispute over a year later for $111.30. I don't know how else to protect yourself once the "love of credit" is completed. How do you prove a negative? I never received anything from. Mattress Firm, so if I didn't receive it, how do I proceed it? Sent by delivery, but no signature, no picture of the supposed package left, so what else is there. Unless you go for a specific product and are buying outright, do not use this company. My location was Mall of Georgia on Buford Drive. Thanks for opportunity to warn others."
