I had some real challenges in placing an order on-line and Diane was there to resolve those issues. Beyond that, she worked with me one-on-one until the entire order was placed and she felt that all was in order. Diane continued to check on the progress of my order and passed along the updates. When it had been shipped across the country to the warehouse that was going to deliver, she once again reached out to me. When the furniture had been delivered she again reached out to be certain that there were no issues. I highly recommend Diane Frankavitz.
