"Bought a washer that they said worked well and wouldn't have any problems. They said we would have to bring it back to them to have them fix it if it wasn't perfect, what?? So anyway, picked it up today and it wouldn't switch cycles soooo it's broken. We're going to fix it ourselves since there is no convenience with this company. Go elsewhere!"

"DO NOT BUY! I’m the last one to leave negative reviews but my experience was just horrible. Bought a used fridge…quit working 3 wks later. I was out of town and got home and it wasn’t working and missed the 30 day window. Food spoiled. Owner “doesn’t speak with customers” I was told. Would repair for a fee the fridge that was broken when purchased (needed heater motor and main board) so it took about 3wks or more to frost over so I didn’t know it was broken. Horrible customer service. I realize these aren’t new but they made zero effort to help me and make the situation right. Maybe this will save someone else time/money."

"After two high dollar washers; I went there hunting a fossil that my parents would have used. One that sounded like a ratchet on the selecter. Of course they had plenty of newer stuff. But I found what I wanted. Hooked it up and showed it worked. Water and all. Said on the site to load yourself. After I paid a fair price it was loaded and strapped. And the old thing out cleans the new ones I had. Very happy with them."

"Bought a slide in glass topped stove. Had a little trouble finding them as they are out in the country. Entire experience was 5 star. We love our stove, and the price was a great deal. Drove in from two counties away to purchase our stove. We definitely will be back if we need any other appliances."

"I purchased a refrigerator from here on Friday. Picked it up on Saturday. Ice maker doesn't work, Water dispenser on door leaks constantly at spout thereby flooding my kitchen, and the top glass panel to one of the drawers is missing. Now they tell me that the missing glass panel is my problem, not theirs. They say they will repair the leak but only if I bring the refrigerator back to them, and then there is no guarantee as to how long the repairs will take. They advertise their refrigerators as being complete, and fully functional. That is not the case at all . Prospective buyers would be well advised to shop elsewhere. These people are not trustworthy at all. Bottom line for them is they got my $550 already, so they don't owe me a thing. Bad attitude on their part wasn't very nice either. Good luck to you if you are foolish enough to spend money here"
