"I'm disappointed with Lowe's. I had an appliance package delivered on 9/17. I had paid for the dishwasher to be installed. The installation guys did a great job on everything else but were not trained on dishwasher installs. So I called Lowe's to set up a time. Ten days later and no less than six conversations with Lowe's staff including two different managers with at least four promises to call me back the next day and I'm still waiting on a date for installation. Four times that I called they tried to tell me I needed to pay for the installation...until they checked their system and saw that I had paid the $158 for the install. On the 24th I spoke with a manager. He promised that someone would call me by 9am the next morning. Still waiting two days later. Really really tacky Lowe's. Home Depot is right across the street. I think I am done with Lowe's for now."
"Let me just say this store is the perfect example of what a store should look like when your employees actually care, I will go one step further by saying that Shirley in appliances is one of the most caring people. Our oven when out and she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and that we left with a stove. Highly recommend this location and if you happen to need appliances please give her a shout. You won't be disappointed."
